Custom App add-on EOL Announcement
Owing to Zoho Creator moving to the latest version, C5, we are unable to continue the support for Custom Apps functionality, which is powered by Zoho Creator (C4), in ServiceDesk Plus. In light of this, we have decided to stop the sale and support of the Custom Apps add-on.

Please note that you will not be able to access the app builder and the apps from within the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud UI from December 31st, 2020, and we will end the support for the current users from November 30th, 2020. However, the apps will still be available on Zoho Creator, and you can integrate the apps with ServiceDesk Plus Cloud using the available APIs. To make this transition better, we will be issuing free equivalent standalone licenses for Zoho Creator for the current subscription period.
We are looking for ways to better integrate Zoho Creator C5 with ServiceDesk Plus and will keep you posted on the developments in the coming days.
