Solutions

Solutions are your centralized repository to store and share information. This is like your public library where you create and organize all your knowledge into topics or simply categories that you or your customers can jump back to anytime!

To view Solutions,

Click on the Solutions tab in the header pane. Now you will see the Solutions List View page displaying the entire list of solutions by default.

The Filter option on the extreme right can be used to customize the view of your solutions. The solutions are categorized here based on the status of approval. Now to view the status of your solutions, click on a category from the dropdown. Below is a list of categories that you will see.

• All solutions: This category displays the list of all the solutions irrespective of the status they are in.
• Approved solutions: This category displays the list of approved solutions.
• Approval pending solutions: This category displays the list of solutions that are still in the approval stage.
• Unapproved solutions: This category displays the list of solutions that are yet to be approved and to be sent for approval.
• Rejected solutions: This category displays the list of solutions that have been rejected.
