You can import software licenses under Setup >> Data Administration >> Import Data with the module selected as Software Licenses.
Use the sample file to refer to the import format.
Users can upgrade existing software licenses when the software vendor releases a new version.
To add a new upgrade license,
Go to Assets. Click Software >> Software License from the left panel.
This opens the software license list view page. By default, the list of All licenses will be listed.
Click New Upgrade License.
Specify the license details as shown below:
