Adding and Viewing Reminders
You can add reminders to the problems using this option. All the pending tasks specific to the problem can be added as reminders. The technician can add these tasks list as a personal reminder. On adding these reminders, they get displayed under the reminder in the problems details page.
To add Reminders
- Click the Problems tab in the header pane. This opens the Problems List View page.
- Click the subject link of the problem from the list. This opens the Problems Details page.
- Click the Reminder tab.
- Click New Reminder. Give a brief Summary of the reminder.
- Select the reminder date and time from the
calendar icon.
- To be reminded of the task in advance, select the time from the email me before combo box.
- Click Add button to add the reminder.

Viewing reminders
You can view the reminders specific to each problem in this module.
To view reminders:
- Click the Problems tab. This opens the Problems List View page.
- Click the subject link of the Problem for which you like to view the reminder. This opens the Problem Details page.
- Click the Reminder tab.
- Now you can see the reminders for the specific problem arranged in ascending order based on the date.

Once the task is completed, you can change the state of the reminder from open to completed.
To change the status of a reminder
- Select the open reminders from the list by enabling the checkboxes beside each reminder.
- Go to Modify Reminder State To and then select closed from the dropdown to change the status of the selected reminders.
- The status of the selected open reminders will change to closed.
