AlarmsOne Extension
AlarmsOne is an alert management tool designed to manage alarms from various monitoring tools in a single location.
The AlarmsOne extension in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud converts alarms into requests. This allows IT teams to track them from the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud console, streamlining the incident management process.
Role Required: SDAdmin

Prerequisites
- The user must have accounts in both ServiceDesk Plus Cloud and AlarmsOne.
- SDAdmin role is required to set up the extension in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud.
- Super Admin role is required in AlarmsOne.
- Outbound integration must be set up in AlarmsOne as explained here.
Configure ServiceDesk Plus Cloud Integration in AlarmsOne
In AlarmsOne, go to Applications > Outbound and select ManageEngine SDP On-Demand.

Select the desired service desk instance and template to create requests.
Configure the outbound application as explained in AlarmsOne Help Documentation.

Set Up AlarmsOne Extension
- In ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, go to Settings > Apps & Add-ons > Extensions and install the AlarmsOne extension. Alternatively, you can install the extension directly from ManageEngine Marketplace.
- Go to Installed Extensions and select AlarmsOne.
- Hover over the extension connection and click Connect.

View Alarms in ServiceDeskPlus Cloud
After installing the extension, the SDAdmin can view the linked alarm and all recent alarms related to a request under the AlarmsOne tab in the request details page.
