All Assets List View

The All Assets list view is a consolidated view that lists all assets and components. To access the all assets list view, go to Assets and click All Assets in the left pane.

The asset accordion in the left pane is nested in parent-child hierarchy. Click Expand across All Assets to view the hierarchy.

You can perform the following operations on the all assets list view:

• Add new IT assets, non-IT assets, or components.

• Edit or delete assets and components. Click beside the required asset/component and select the required operation.

• Bulk edit or delete assets and components. Select the required devices and click Edit or Delete on the toolbar.

• Bulk Actions: Select the required devices and click Actions to perform any of the following options.

  • Add assets or components to groups
  • Configure depreciation
  • Assign assets to users or site/department
  • Modify the product type or state
  • Reconcile assets
  • Mark assets as loanable
  • Reprint barcode/QR code

• Import Assets: Click Import from CSV to import assets and components.

• Manage Barcode/QR Code: Use this to scan barcode/QR code, generate new barcode/QR code, and associate barcode/QR code to assets.

• Assign Users: Select assets and click Assign Users to associate assets with users.

• Column Chooser: Click to customize the columns displayed on the list view.

• Search: Click to search through columns.

• Table Settings: Customize the list view layout by limiting the number of records per page and sorting by a specific column.
