Under Settings, you can access both app-related settings and other customization options. To access it, go to Menu
and tap Settings.

Here you can view your login information viz. Name, Email, and Server (URL).
Here you can configure light/dark mode for the app.
AUTO: The app will switch between light and dark modes based on the mobile device settings. This is the default option.
DAY: the app will stay in light mode irrespective of the time of day.
NIGHT: The app will stay in night mode irrespective of the time of day.

You can modify the appearance of the request details card in the request list view where the request cards display Request ID, Status, Subject, Requester Name, Priority, and two other request fields as configured by the users. To configure the fields to be displayed in request cards, go to Request list customization, tap the field area in the card that you want to be changed, and select your preferred field from the Field List below.

You can set the request list view as the default landing page. To do this,
Go to Menu

Tap Settings.
Enable Set Request as the default view.

Under this section, you can choose to send usage statistics and crash reports using the appropriate toggle buttons.

Under this section, you can choose to allow/disallow push notifications using the toggle button.

In this section, you can find options to rate the app on Google Play Store, provide feedback to ManageEngine, share PlayStore URL, and log out from the app.
Also, you can access information about the app, version, acknowledgments, and privacy policy.
