Configure and save templates for announcements and help technicians create and distribute announcements quickly.
To create a new announcement template,
Go to Setup > Templates&Forms and select Announcement Templates.
Click New Announcement Template.
Enter a template name, title and description. Use the rich text editor to format the content and add videos or images to the description.
Select an announcement type and priority.
Choose Services involved.
Configure the banner display properties. You can choose between a custom style or priority based style. In custom style, you can choose your own colour scheme. In priority style, the system will apply a colour scheme based on the priority. Besides that you can customise the font colour/ size as well as customise the announcement icon.
Finally, you can add attachments if any and click Save.

From the announcement templates list view, you can edit, disable, and delete the templates using the settings icon beside each template. You can also use the status toggle in each template to enable or disable them.
