View History
Go to the asset details page.
Click History.
History is categorized as History, State History, and Assignment History.
History
Records operations performed on the asset.
Filter logs based on time, fields, and operations. For example, you can view logs related to the asset scan, cost, software licenses, or select field updates, as shown in the following screenshot:
Use Date Filter to refine the log based on a custom range or predefined values.

to sort the listed entries in ascending/descending order.

State History
Records state updates of the asset.
You can filter logs based on time. Use Date Filter to refine the log based on a custom range or predefined values.

Assignment History
Captures the user and department updates of the asset.
On the assignment history page, you can filter logs based on time, configure table settings, and export assignment history.
