Associate changes with a request to track the changes caused by the request and the changes that caused the request. Actions such as adding, associating, or dissociating a change does not modify the request's approval status.
Dissociate Changes from Request
Go to the requests details page.
To add or associate a change caused by a request, click Changes Caused by Request in the right pane.
To add a change, click New, fill out the required fields, and click Save. The new change will be associated with the request and also added to the change list view. In this manner, you can create and associate multiple changes with the request.
To associate existing changes, click Attach. On the Associate Changes pop-up, select the changes, and click Associate.

To associate the change that initiated the request, click Search beside Change that Initiated Request. On the Search change to associate pop-up select a change and click Associate.

View details of the associated changes from the right pane.

After associating changes, the Detach option will appear beside the respective blocks.
Go to the request details page.
Click Detach beside the Changes Caused by Request. On the Dissociate Changes pop-up select the changes and click Dissociate.
Click Detach beside the Change that Initiated Request and click Yes to confirm.
