Associate multiple projects with a change and track the projects. On the change details page, you can associate one project that initiated the change and also multiple projects initiated by the change.
Role Required: Users with change submission stage Edit permission and project Edit permission.
On the change details page, go to the Associations tab in the Submission stage.
Click Attach next to the Project that initiated the Change.
Select the project from the displayed window and click Associate.
To dissociate a project, click Detach and confirm your action.
Role Required: Users with change implementation stage Edit permission and project Edit permission.
On the change details page, go to the Associations tab in the Implementation stage.
Click Attach next to Projects Caused by Change.
Select the existing projects from the displayed window and click Associate. You can associate multiple projects.
To create and associate a new project, click New Project. Fill out the form and associate the project. The newly created project will be listed in the Projects module.
To dissociate projects, select the projects and click Detach.
