You can associate requests with release in order to rollout a hotfix or service requests a part of releases or track requests that are logged due a rollout of a release.
To associate a request that is to be rolled out with one or more releases,
On the right-side panel, locate Releases cause by Request, click Search, on the Associate Releases pop-up, select the releases with which the request should be rolled out, and click Associate.
You can also create a new release and associate the request with it. To do this, click New against Releases cause by Request, fill out the details in the new release pop-up to create a new release and associate the request with it.
To detach a release from the request, click Detach against Releases cause by Request, in the Dissociate Release pop-up, select the releases that you want to detach from the request, and click Dissociate.
To associate a request that was logged due to the rolled out of a release,
On the right-side panel, locate Releases that Initiated Request, click Search, on the Associate Releases pop-up, select the release that initiated the request, and click Associate.
To detach the release from the request, click Detach against Releases that Initiated Request, click Dissociate, and confirm your action.
