Associate Incidents to a Problem

You have an option to associate incidents with the problem. Similar incidents to a problem can be associated in order to track the number of incidents occurring to the same problem.

To Associate Problems:

• Click the Problems tab. This opens the Problems List View page.
• Click the subject link of the problem to be associated with the incidents. This opens the Problem Details page.
• On the right-hand side, click Attach in the Associated incidents block or go to the Associations tab.
• In the Associated Incidents block, click Attach. This opens Associate Incidents to problem popup box.

• Select the incidents from the list by enabling the checkbox beside each incident.
• Click Associate Incidents to associate the respective incidents with the problem.
