To attach documents,
Go to Assets and click IT on the left panel.
Choose any one of the IT Assets from the drop-down box e.g. Access points, printers, etc. This opens the list view of the particular IT asset type.
Click the title of the asset to be attached to an asset. This opens the asset details page.
Click the number link beside Attachments on the right panel. This displays the list of documents attached to the asset.
Click
and choose whether to attach files from the cloud or from the computer.
If you choose to attach files from the computer: Select the required document from the displayed pop-up window and click Open.
If you choose to attach files from the cloud: In the displayed pop-up window, choose the cloud account from the left panel. Select the required document and click Open.
You can delete an attached file by clicking
beside the file.
