Attach an asset with another asset and/or business services. For example, you can attach a printer to a workstation.
To connect an asset with another asset,
Go to Assets and click IT on the left panel.
Choose any one of the IT Assets from the drop-down box e.g. Access points, printers, etc. This opens the list view of the particular IT asset type.
Click the title of the asset to be attached with an asset. This opens the asset details page.
Under the Relationships tab, click Add Relationship >> Connect Assets.
Select the assets to be connected from the Asset list and click Save.
You can see the connected assets in the relationship chart under Connected >> Assets.
To connect an asset to business services,
Click Add Relationship >> Connect Business Services.
Select the business services such as Email, Internet Access, and so on from the list and click Save.
You can see the connected business services in the relationship chart under Connected >> Business Services.
