You can attach components associated to the asset using this option. For example, you can connect a keyboard and a mouse to a workstation.
To attach a component to the asset,
Go to Assets and click IT on the left panel.
Choose any one of the IT Assets from the drop-down box e.g. Access points, printers, etc. This opens the list view of the particular IT asset type.
Click the title of the asset to be attached with an asset. This opens the asset details page.
Under the Relationships tab, click Add Relationship >> Attach Component(s). The Attach Components window pops up.
Select the components from the given text field. You can further drill down the list of components by component type and asset state using the filters provided.
Click Save.
