Should you have a file that needs to accompany a new request being created, click the
symbol on the right side of the attachments box. You can choose to attach files from the computer or cloud by clicking the dropdown icon listed alongside.

Select the file to be attached from the choose-file window and click the open button.
The selected file will be listed below the attachments box. If you have more files to choose from, follow steps 1 and 2 repeatedly till you have attached all the relevant files. You can attach up to 50 files to a request without individual size cap, but the total size of the attachments should not exceed 50 MB.
Alternatively, you can also drag and drop the file into the attachments box.
In case you wish to attach files to an already existing request,
Click and open the desired request from the request list view page.
On the right side of this page, an Attachments option will be listed that reveals a
icon when clicked.
Click the icon and attach your files. You can choose to attach files from the computer or cloud by clicking on the dropdown icon alongside.
