Azure OpenAI Integration

Azure OpenAI provides access to OpenAI's powerful language model. It can be integrated with ServiceDesk Plus Cloud to perform various actions.

Prerequisites

Disable Integration

Prerequisites  

• Click here to create a new resource in Azure OpenAI.
• Click here to generate API keys. A unique secret key will be assigned to you. Store the access key in a secure location.

Enable Integration  

1. Go to Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Integrations > Third Party Integrations > Azure OpenAI.
2. Toggle the integration ON.
3. In the Data Privacy Notice, read the terms and conditions and click Agree.
4. Click Configure. In the Azure OpenAI pop-up, provide the following details:

• Resource URL: Enter the base URL used to send API requests to your Azure OpenAI resource. This is automatically generated when you create the resource in the Azure portal.
• Base Model: Select a base model from Azure OpenAI supported models.
• Model Name: Rename the model as preferred.
• API Key: Enter the generated API key.

 5. Click Save.

After integrating, you can select the required features from GenAI Features under Setup > Zia > Artificial Intelligence. Learn more.

Check Usage Statistics 

Administrators can gain insights on the usage of Azure OpenAI integration and evaluate the performance of the integration.
* Go to Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Integrations > Third Party Integrations > Azure OpenAI.
* On the Azure OpenAI integration card, click Details.
* Select Usage Statistics.
Use the filter drop-down to view the usage statistics for each user.

Disable Integration 

• Go to Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Integrations > Third Party Integrations.
• On the Azure OpenAI card, toggle the integration OFF.
