SDAdmins can send out important messages to other technicians by using the Broadcast Message feature. This will help you quickly circulate emergency situations such as server shutdowns, unplanned power outages, etc.
Go to Quick Actions>>Scheduler>>Broadcast Message.
Type the memo, select whether to send it to all technicians or only the logged-in technicians, and click Send.

The message will be displayed as a push notification for both logged-in technicians and for offline technicians when they login to the application.
Broadcast messages will be listed under the Notifications.
The Mark as Unread option is disabled for broadcast messages to prevent the message from popping up every time you refresh the page.
If you're viewing a broadcast message and there is another incoming broadcast message, the new message will be queued above the current message as shown below:
