Change Closure Rules

Change closure rules ensure all necessary details, approvals, and tasks are completed before moving a change to the next stage or completing it.

Closure rules are globally configured for all changes.

Role Required: SDAdmin

Set Mandatory Fields

  1. Go to Setup > Automation > Closure Rules > Change Closure Rules.

  2. Enable the check box beside the fields to mandate it.

  3. Click Save.

 

 

If a change is moved to the next stage without data in the mandated fields, an error message will be displayed, as shown in the image.
