Change Conversation

User emails, system notifications, and notes related to a change will be appended under the Conversations tab. You can easily forward or reply to notifications from within the conversation. You can also save a message as a draft and send it later. 

 

 

Filters 

You can display user emails, system notifications, and notes separately by choosing the corresponding filters. 

The Notes filter is used in the following screenshot:

 

 

 

The options to forward/reply/reply all are available on the lower-left corner beneath each notification and also appear on the top-right corner of each notification when hovering over it. You can select recipients for change notifications and conversations from Users, Change Roles, Organization Roles, or provide any email address and also add Bcc or Cc recipients as required.

 


 

 

 

The Bcc filed is not supported for automated and system notifications.
At least one among the To, Cc, and Bcc fields must have an email address added to it.
The number of recipients is now capped at 50 which includes all recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc fields for a single conversation or a notification across all modules.
