Change history lists all activities related to the change, including approvals, tasks, and work logs. You can use this section to have a quick view of the activities related to the change.
Role required: User with permission to view change.
Open the change request.
Click History from the left pane of the change details page. The following tabs will be displayed:
Status Comments - Lists user comments added in each status change.
Using the calendar icon, you can view the actions performed within a particular time in days, months, or even a custom range.
Click the arrow to sort the change history in ascending/descending order of time.

Using filters, you can view specific actions performed on the change. Two types of filters are listed in the drop-down.
Field - Choosing a field lists all actions related to that field. For example, select Impact from the drop-down to list the actions performed on the Impact field.
Operation - Use this filter to list the activities related to specific change operations. For example, choosing Approvals from the filter drop-down lists all approval actions performed on the change.

Apart from this, the change history and status comments will also be listed in the change preview under Home Page >> Pending Approvals.

You can print the change history when printing a change request.
Deselect the corresponding checkbox if you do not want to print the change history.
