In the review stage, the change management team reviews the entire course of the change request from submission through implementation. The team evaluates whether the change request is ready for release or if some part of it must be reworked.
The team records a detailed report of the process the change request went through and whether the various goals of each stage were met. It also draws detailed insight to be implemented in the future.
