Assets such as workstations, servers, printers, routers, and switches contain login credentials. You can edit their credentials individually or in bulk. Assets contain Global and Local credentials. Global credentials are common login permissions for all assets, whereas local credentials are private login permissions for an asset (generally used to restrict the access permissions to everyone).
Open Assets and select IT from the left panel.
Click an asset to go to the details page.
Click Actions >> Update Credentials.
On the displayed pop-up window, select a device type and choose the credentials. You can also add new credentials from here by clicking
displayed beside the Credential field.
Enable Software scan if the option is available for the selected device type and click Scan.
Note: You must specify the username and password in local credentials.
To modify credentials of the assets in bulk,
Select the required assets by enabling the checkbox.
Click Actions >> Update credentials.
