Color-code change requests in list view and template view based on change attributes. It enables users to identify and track change requests easily. Color-coding is user-specific. Each logged-in user can personalize the color setting in their change list view.
Role Required: Users with View Changes permission.
Go to the change list view or template view and click the Row Color Settings icon
on the top right corner. In the Row Color Settings pop-up, you can:

Click Edit row color settings to reconfigure the applied settings. The Color Settings window pops up. You can configure the settings on the left pane and preview the color-coded requests instantly on the right side of the configuration space.

Choose the attribute based on which you want to color-code change requests. The options available are: Stage, Change Type, Workflow, Template, and Change Risk. |

Select the columns that must be colored based on the color code. If no column is chosen, the color coding will be applied for all columns. This setting is applicable only to List View. Learn more.

Select the opacity level of the colors using the slider as required. |
After configuring Color Settings, click Save.

Color-coding takes effect even as you configure the color settings. The Row Color Settings icon
will be displayed for users under the list view/template view pages. You can view the color interpretations by clicking it.

When colors are applied only for selected columns, the list view page will look as follows:

When colors are applied for all columns, the change request list view will look as follows:

In the change template view, the colors are applied only to the check box column, despite the columns selected in Applies to configuration.
