Color coding is used to highlight records in the release list view for visual clarity. It enables the user to identify and track the releases easily. The color coding can be personalized based on each user's preference.
1. Go to the release list view or template view. Click Row Color Settings icon on the top right corner.

2. In the Row Color Settings pop-up, you can:
Enable row color settings - Toggle this option to apply row colors to the list view.
Enable color settings for template view - Toggle this option to apply row colors to the template view.
Color Based On - Displays the attribute on which the color coding is based.
Color coding list - Provides a quick overview of what each color represents.
Applies To - Displays the selected columns to which the color code is applied.
Edit row color settings - Click to reconfigure the applied settings.
3. Click Edit row color settings; the Color Settings pop-up appears.
You can preview how the list view appears in the right pane as you configure colors in the left pane.

Row Color Based On |
Choose the attribute by which release requests are color coded. The available attributes are Stage, Type, Priority, Impact, Workflow, Template, and Risk. |

Default Color |
Select the default color to be applied to release requests that do not match any row color criteria. To apply row colors, • Click Add New. • Select the field value, which is populated based on the attribute selected. • Choose a color to be associated with the selected field value. |

Applies To |
Select the columns to be highlighted. (Fig. 1) If no column is chosen, the color coding will be applied to all columns. (Fig. 2) |

Opacity |
Use the slider to select the opacity level of the selected color. |
4. Click Save to apply your changes.

In the release template view, the colors are applied only to the checkbox column, despite the columns selected in Applies to configuration.
