Color-Coding Requests

Color-coding is used to highlight requests based on their Status, Priority, or Category. It enables users to identify and track requests visually. Request color-coding is user-specific. Each technician can personalize the colors in their help desk based on their usability.

Role Required: Technicians with View Request permission.

Color-coding is implemented based on the view type selected (list view/template view). In the list view, you can customize the columns to which the row colors are applied. In the template view, row colors are applied only to the checkbox column.

Color-coding is not applicable to Kanban View.
