Configure scheduled sync in task scheduler

Following screenshots will guide you to configure Provisioning tool to run as a scheduled task in Windows task scheduler.

Select "Sync Users" in Provisioning tool.

If you do not want to delete or disable users during Scheduled sync, make sure to select "Do not Delete or Disable users ..."

Please verify the Users to be created or disabled during sync operation. If your LDAP queries are correct and if the results shown here are fine, you can go ahead and save the settings.

Save the settings for sync to a file

Go to Windows Task Scheduler and click Create Task

Select "Run whether user is logged on or not"  and also "Run with highest privileges"

Add a new Action

Browse and select the ProvisioningApp.exe

In the "Add Arguments" text box, provide value as shown in above notepad screenshot. Make sure to provide all the 3 arguments shown above

Add a trigger as per your need.

Right click on the created task and "Run" it. ProvisioningApp.exe must be shown in Windows Task Manager during the run.

You can verify the logs available at C:Users<User Name>ZohoProvisioninglogs and see if the tool runs at the specified time.
