You can add assets and software licenses that are managed under a contract to the corresponding contract.
You can associate assets and software licenses with a contract while creating the contract.

However, you can associate a maximum of only 100 assets and software licenses each while creating a contract. For more associations, go to the contract details page.
Open a contract details page and click Contract Assets or Contract Software Licenses from the right panel.

Alternatively, you can go to Associated Assets from the left pane and then choose Assets or Software Licenses.

Under Assets, click Associate to add new assets.

Then choose the asset/s on the displayed pop-up window and click Associate.

You can also dissociate assets from the contract under the Assets tab. To dissociate an asset, select the asset and click Dissociate. You can also bulk remove associations.

Under Software Licenses, click Associate to add new software licenses.

Then choose the software license/s on the displayed pop-up window and click Associate.
You can also dissociate software licenses from the contract under the Software Licenses tab. To dissociate a software license, select the software license and click Dissociate. You can also bulk remove associations.

Invoke: The term "invoke" refers to the process of invoking a contract. For instance, if you have a warranty contract, and a user in your organization has raised a request to repair their laptop due to some issues, you can invoke the warranty contract to cover the cost of the repair.
Invocation Cost: Refers to cost saved due to invoking the contract for a request/asset.
You can invoke a contract for the associated assets from the Associations tab. To do that,
