ServiceDesk Plus cloud can be integrated with several third-party applications to extend its capabilities, automate business workflows, and manage business processes from a centralized location. Depending on the design of integration, ServiceDesk Plus cloud requests you to allow access to specific data in the third-party application, including sign-in details, user information, and data processed in the integration. ServiceDesk Plus cloud requests access only to data that is imperative to configure the integration and perform related actions.
