Conversations-Translation Extension

The Conversation Tab Translation extension enables technicians to translate emails, notes, and system conversations in Requests to a preferred language, without compromising original HTML structure and formatting of the items.

This ensures that rich text content such as headings, links, lists, and styled text remains intact after translation.

License add-on Required: Multilanguage Support

Translation is supported only for selected languages. If a conversation contains multiple languages, only the supported portions will be translated.

Install Conversations - Translation

To install the extension,

Go to Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Extensions. Install the extension.
You can also Install it directly from the ManageEngine Marketplace.

Translate Conversations

After installing the extension,

Open request details page
Go to Conversations - Translation.

Select a conversation to translate it to the technician's preferred language configured under Personalize > Language.
