Go to mcp.zoho.com. If your ServiceDesk Plus Cloud portal is hosted in a different data center, use the corresponding Zoho MCP URL. For example, use mcp.zoho.eu for EU or mcp.zoho.in for IN.
Click Create MCP Server.

In the Create Your MCP Server dialog, enter a name for the server in the Server Name field. Example: ServiceDeskPlusCloud. Note that space or special characters are not supported in the server name field.
Click Create.

After the server is created, the server details page opens. Click Add Tool.
In the Add Tools search bar, search for ServiceDesk Plus Cloud. Under Zoho Products, select ServiceDesk Plus Cloud.

In the tool selection view for ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, select all tools from the following groups:
Discovery Tools — used for portal identification and module metadata
Retrieval Tools — used for fetching allowed field values and supporting pagination

Under the Others group, select the operations required. The following are recommended for a standard helpdesk agent:
addRequest
addRequestNote
editRequest
getRequest
getRequestNote
getRequestNotes
getSolutionById
getSolutionsList
solutionSearch
You can select additional operations depending on your agent's use case.
After selecting all required tools, click Add Now to save the configuration.

From the left-hand navigation panel, click Connect. In the Connect section, click the copy icon next to the Server URL field to copy the URL.
This is the streamable HTTP URL you will need.
