Deleting a Problem

You have an option to delete individual problems or group of problems together.

Deleting individual problems

• Click the Problems tab. This opens the Problems List View page.
• Click the subject link of the problem to be deleted. This opens the Problem Details page. 
• Go to Actions >> Delete Problem.
• Click Yes to proceed.

Delete multiple problems

• In the problems list view page, select the problems to be deleted by enabling the checkboxes beside the problems.
• Click the Delete button at the toolbar.
• Click Yes to delete.
