Deleting a Solution

You can delete the solutions you no longer by following the steps below.

Deleting a specific solution

• Click on the Solutions tab in the header pane.
• In the Solutions list view, the entire list of solutions will be displayed by default.
• To look for a specific solution that you wish to edit, you can select based on the topics on the left panel.
• You can also look for solutions based on their status of approval using the Filters drop-down.

• Click on the subject of the solution you want to delete to expand it and go to Actions >> Delete.
• Alternatively, you can click the pop-out iconand click Delete.
• Click Confirm.

To delete multiple solutions

• On the solutions list view page, select the solutions you wish to delete.
• Click Delete on the header.
• Click Confirm.
