Downtime Types

Downtime refers to a period of outage or unavailability of a system or service. The SDAdmin can predefine downtime types, which will later be used to classify the probable downtimes specified in records.

The application comes with default downtime types, which you can rename per your organization requirements. You can also add new downtime types.

A maximum of 50 downtime types, inclusive of default ones is supported.
