Edit and Delete Software License

ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Cloud provides you with the option to modify and delete the existing software license.

Edit Software License

• Go to Assets. Click Software >> Software License from the left panel.

• This opens the software license list view page. By default, the list of All licenses will be listed.

• Click the software license name to be edited.

• From the software license details page, click Edit.

• Modify the required fields and click Save.

Delete Software License

In the software license list view page,

• Enable the checkbox beside the software licenses to be deleted.

• Click Delete. A confirmation dialog box appears.

• Click Confirm to delete.

   

  When workstation/server status is moved to Disposed, the associated software licenses are revoked automatically.
