To edit a contract, go to Contracts and click the required contract from the list. You can spot-edit some contract fields, while other fields can be modified only with global edit.
The right panel of the contract details page contains key information of the contract. Among the displayed fields, you can quickly update Contract Owner, Contract Type, and Attachments with spot-edit.

Fields such as [Contract] Name, Contract Cost, Contract Vendor, Site, and additional fields can be spot-edited under the Details tab.

You can modify contract fields such as Active Period, Description, and Support Details with only global edit. For global edit, click the Edit button in contract details page. This opens the contract form, where you can edit any details of the contract.

The status of a contract is determined automatically from the given contract period. The following system-generated statuses are used for contracts.
