To view the details of any change, click any change request from the Change home page.
To modify planning-related details, click the Planning tab.
The displayed page contain tabs for Details, Schedule, Tasks, Associations, Approvals, and Status Comments.
You can add the Impact Details, Rollout Plan, Backout Plan, and Checklist under the Details tab.
Add the Release Schedule and Downtime Schedule under the Schedule tab. The downtime schedule added here will be displayed in the Release stage.
Add tasks relevant to the stage under the Tasks tab. The Associations tab lists the Requests Caused by the Change, Requests that Initiated the Change and the Associated Problems. Approvals appear in this stage only when they have been configured in the workflow.
