Edit/View Release Details

To view the details of a release request, go to Releases and click the release request from the list. 

To view/modify submission-related details, click Submission.

The Submission stage contains various tabs, such as Details, Roles, Tasks, Notes, Approvals (if configured in the associated workflow), and Status Comments. 

Under Details, you can modify all release-related fields, including the current stage and status of the release request. (The Comment field will be enabled only when you change the release stage.)

The Roles tab displays the roles configured in the template on which the release request is raised. You can add and modify users with the given roles. 

The Tasks tab contains the tasks configured in the template on which the release request is raised. Under Tasks, you can add, trigger, edit, organize, delete, and close tasks necessary for the release submission. In addition, you can sequence tasks by marking dependency between them.

Under Notes, you can record important information regarding the release. You can also edit and delete your notes. 

The Approvals tab displays the approvals configured in the workflow associated with the release request. Depending on your permissions, you can perform approval actions on the release. You can also delegate your approvals. Click here to learn more.

The Status Comments tab captures status transitions of the release in the Submission stage. It also displays the comment added when the release was created.
