Editing a Solution
Of course, a solution has to be edited often for better understanding by end-users, mostly after an upgrade happens. So, let’s get it started.
Here’s what you need to do
- Click on the Solutions tab in the header pane.
- Now you will see the Solutions list view page displaying the entire list of solutions by default.
- To look for a specific solution that you wish to edit, you can select based on the topics on the left panel.
- You can also look for solutions based on their status of approval using the Filters drop-down.

- Click on the subject of the solution you want to edit to expand it and go to Actions >> Edit.
- Alternatively, you can click the pop-out icon
and click Edit.
- Make the necessary modifications. The title, contents, and the topic under which you wish to place the solution are mandatory fields. You can also add more attachments or delete existing ones.
- Click on Save. You can approve the solution by clicking on Save and Approve.
