Enabling Third Party Cookies on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge
ServiceDesk Plus Cloud recommends you enable third-party cookies on your browser to facilitate the working of Zia seamlessly.
Enabling Cookies in Google Chrome
- Go to Chrome settings.
- Windows – Click the Chrome menu and select Settings.
- Mac – Choose Chrome > Preferences.
- Alternatively, you can also open the browser, click the
icon in the top right corner, and select Settings.
- Navigate to Security and Privacy on the left pane and select Cookies and other site data.


- Close and reload the browser.
Chrome also allows you to block or allow cookies for specific websites. You can allow cookies only from ServiceDesk Plus Cloud by following the steps below:
- Click Add under the section Sites that can always use cookies.
- Enter the application URL.
- Enable the checkbox to allow third-party cookies.
- Click Add.

Enabling Cookies in Mozilla Firefox
- Go to Firefox settings.
- Windows – Click the Tools menu and select Options.
- Mac – In the firefox app
, go to Firefox > Preferences.
- Alternatively, you can also open the browser, click the
icon on the top right corner and select Settings.
- Navigate to Privacy and Security on the left pane.
- Under Enhanced Tracking Protection section, select Custom.
- Uncheck Cookies to allow third-party cookies.
- Close and reload the browser.

Enabling Cookies in Microsoft Edge
- Go to Edge settings.
- Windows – Click the Tools menu and select Options.
- Mac – In the Edge app
, go to Edge > Preferences.
- Alternatively, you can also open the browser, click the
icon on the top right corner and select Settings.
- Select Cookies and Site Permissions on the left panel.
- Under Cookies and data stored menu, click the Manage and delete cookies and the data menu.
- Toggle off Block third-party cookies.
- Close and reload the browser.

Edge also allows you to block or allow cookies for specific websites. You can allow cookies only from ServiceDesk Plus Cloud by following the steps below:
- Click Add under the section Allow.
- Enter the application URL.
- Enable the checkbox to allow third-party cookies.
- Click Add.

Enabling Cookies in Safari
- In the Safari app
on your Mac, go to Safari > Preferences.
- Navigate to the Privacy tab.
- Unselect Block all cookies.
- Close and reload the browser.
