Use the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud extension for Zoho Desk to create IT requests in ServiceDesk Plus (Cloud), track the progress of the requests, and resolve requests seamlessly from within Zoho Desk.
The ServiceDesk Plus Cloud extension can be installed from the Zoho Marketplace or from your Zoho Desk account.
1. Log in to your Zoho Desk account with Administrator privileges.
2. Go to Setup > Integration > Marketplace > All Extensions.
3. Search for ServiceDesk Plus Cloud in the search bar.
4. Select the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud extension and click Install.

5. On the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud extension Installation Setup page, select profiles of agents who can access the extension in Zoho Desk from under the General Settings tab.

6. Authorize the connections.
7. Under the Preference tab, select portals in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud and their allowed templates that will be accessible to desk agents.

8. If you have any additional fields, map the respective fields with the respective ServiceDesk Plus cloud fields.
9. Click Save.
Once you have installed the extension, the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud widget will be displayed at the right pane of the tickets details page. From there, you can create the corresponding request in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud.
Click Create Request and select the portal and template details.
Input the request details such as the Requester name, asset, priority, category, subject, due by date, etc.
Finally, click Create Request.

The request will be created and associated.
