Domain verification in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud

  1. Log in to ServiceDesk Plus Cloud.
  2. Go to ESM Directory > Verified Domains page.
  3. Add your organization domain and verify it. The domain you need to add is your organization's email address domain. For e.g., if your organization uses "...@example.com" in the email address, then you need to add and verify "example.com".

Configure Google Apps as a SAML Identity Provider

  1. Log in to admin.google.com.
  2. On the Home page, click on "Apps".
  3. Go to SAML Apps.
  4. Click the New App ("+") button.
  5. Click "Setup my own Custom App".
  6. Copy the SSO URL and Download the certificate.
  7. Save the certificate with a ".cer" extension.
  8. Provide other information as provided in the screenshots below.
  9. In the Service Provider Details page, input the ACS URL: Sample ACS URL: https://accounts.zoho.com/signin/samlsp/<ORG ID>

    Account URL varies according to the datacenter. Refer to the following table.

  10. Login to ServiceDesk Plus Cloud and go to ESM Directory>> SAML Authentication page

  11. Use the SSO URL copied from the Google Apps as the Login URL. For Logout URL, configure https://accounts.google.com/logout.

  12. Browse and select the saved certificate with .cer extension and click Save.
