Microsoft Azure

Allows you to fetch Site and Department details of users imported from Azure Directory. Only the Microsoft Azure Administrator can enable/disable this integration. However, the SDAdmins can configure whether to import the users' site and department details at any given time.

Go to Setup>>Apps & Add-ons>>Integrations.

Enable Microsoft Azure integration.

Click Configure.

Select Import users' department and site details and click Save.

Now go to Admin>>Users & Permissions>>Requesters.

Select Import from Azure from Import Users drop-down.

You can see the users' site and department details listed in columns.

Office 365 Calendar

This integration helps you sync technicians' leave information in ServiceDesk Plus and Office 365. The sync is bidirectional, so the users shall record their leave in just one of the applications. The integration allows you to copy ServiceDesk reminders (in requests, problems, and changes) to your Office 365 Calendar as well.

Go to Setup>>Apps & Add-ons>>Integrations.

Enable Office 365 Calendar.

In the configuration window, select one or both of the following:

• Bidirectional sync of leave details between Office and ServiceDesk Plus calendars.
• Send reminder details from ServiceDesk Plus to Office Calendar.

Click Save.

Depending on the configuration, you can bulk sync the so far added leave and/or copy the reminders to Office 365.

Click Sync Now in the integration card.

Jira integration

Integration with Atlassian Jira will allow you to:

• Create Jira issues from within ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand.
• Associate a ticket with an existing Jira issue.

Once a Jira issue is linked to a ticket, further changes done to the ticket will be updated in the Comments section of the Jira issue and any further change on the Jira issue will be updated in the Notes section of the ticket.

Go to Setup>>Apps & Add-ons>>Integrations.

Enable Jira integration and enter the Jira account credentials and click Save.
