To view change details, tap your preferred change. The details screen displays the change overview. You can view roles, take approval actions, modify stage and status, add attachments, work logs, and tasks.

This document discusses the actions that can be performed on the change details screen.
On the change details screen, tap
on the top-left of the screen to view the technician details.

Besides assigning a change owner, you can modify the group, site, or other technician roles from the details screen.
Tap
and choose Assign.
Select a change owner, modify the site or group if required.
Tap

To pick up a change from the change details screen, tap
on the top-right of the screen and choose Pick Up.

On the change details screen, tap the Status drop-down and modify the stage and status as required.

The change details screen displays the overview of the change. Change details are non-editable.
Tap
to view the details of changes in each stage.
Available stages are: Submission, Planning, CAB Evaluation, Implementation, UAT, Release, Review, and Close.
In each stage, details are captured in the following tabs: Details, Tasks, Schedule (only for the planning stage), and Status Comments.
Stage details are non-editable. However, you can add tasks to the stages.

Tap
on the top of the screen to add tasks.

Based on your permission, you can change the status from the change overview.
Tap
on the top of the screen.
Modify the status.
Add comments if required.
Tap

Tap Roles at the bottom of the details screen to view the roles of technicians in the change. Alternatively, tap More > Roles to view the change role details.

Tap Approvals at the bottom of the details screen to view the approval levels associated with the approval stage.

Depending on your permission, you can take actions or delegate the approval. To do this, swipe the approval card to the left and tap Delegate or Take Action.

Tap History at the bottom of the screen. The History tab displays all the actions performed on the change.
Go to the Status Comments to view the comments added to the change.

Click More at the bottom of the screen to access roles, approvals, history, associations, conversations, work logs, or tasks added to the change.
Track the requests caused by the change and the requests that caused the change. Based on your permission, you can edit the associated requests.

Captures system notifications, notes, and emails related to the change. Tap on an entry to view its details.

View the list of all work logs added to the change. You can view the total time and cost accrued from all work logs in the change.

To add new work logs, tap Add Work Log
, provide necessary details in the Add Work Log form, and tap
.
Tap Search
on the top of the screen to search a work log based on description, owner, and work log type.
To edit a work log, go to your preferred work log, tap Edit
, make necessary changes, and tap
.
To delete a work log, go to your preferred work log, tap Delete
, and confirm your action.
View, add, edit, and delete tasks related to the change. You can also add work logs to tasks.
