Access the help desk knowledge base and search for solutions to resolve requests. To access your knowledge base, go to More
> Solutions.
Solutions are displayed as a card in the solution list view. The solution card shows solution ID, solution title, solution visibility, topic name, and approval status.

To filter solutions in the list view,
Tap the filter drop-down on the top-left.
Choose your preferred filter: All solutions, Approved Solutions, Approval Pending Solutions, Unapproved Solutions, Rejected solutions, or Expired Solutions.

You can search solutions based on Title, ID, Created by, Last updated by, Topic Name, and Comments fields in solution.
To search solutions,
Tap Search
on the top-right
Set the search filter by tapping Filter
and choosing your preferred field.
Use a relevant search term in the search box to fetch results.

Sort solutions based on solution properties.
Pull down the solutions list view.
Tap Sort
on the top of the screen.
Select a solution property.
Choose ascending or descending.
Finally, tap
.

Tap on a solution card to view its details. The solution details screen displays solution ID, solution title, topic name, approval status, visibility, created on, created by, number of views, likes, dislikes, comments, keywords, and description.

Tap Attachments
to view/upload attachments. The attachment icon displays the attachment count.
To add attachments to the solution, tap Attachments
> Add Attachments
, and choose your preferred upload type viz. Camera, Photos, or Documents.

Users can express their opinions about the solution by using the Like/Dislike icon on the solution details screen.

Tap-and-hold the like/dislike icon to see people who reacted to the solution.

Approve/reject a solution from its details screen.
Tap the Approval
icon on the top-right of the screen.
Enter your comments and tap Approve or Reject.

Approve/reject solutions in bulk from the solutions list.
Select your preferred solutions using the tap-and-hold action.
Tap the Approval
icon.
Enter your comments and tap Approve or Reject.

Tap Delete on the top of the solution details screen and confirm your action.

To delete solutions in bulk,
On the solutions list, select solutions using the tap-and-hold action.
Tap Delete on the top of the screen.
Confirm your action.
