License alert banner
Based on your license, when the node or technician count crosses 80 percent of the license limit, an alert banner is shown in the user panel, asset dashboard, IT asset list view, IT asset card, asset import page, technician list view. The banner allows you to do the following:

View total (purchased license limit) and currently utilized counts.

Upgrade license using Upgrade Now/Get Quote option

Set a reminder frequency to snooze now and remind later.

You can access the banner from the user panel at any time.
The upgrade option is available only for technicians with the
Subscription Manager permission. All other uses will instead have an option to notify. The notification will be sent to all technicians with
Subscription Manager permission. You can customize the notification under
Setup > Automation > Notification Rules > Other Notifications > Subscription Notifications for ServiceDesk Plus Cloud. To learn more about configuring permissions,

The Get Quote option is available only for those who purchased their existing license offline.
The user panel is invoked by clicking the profile picture on the top-right corner.
When assets or technicians count reaches the license limit, the banner color changes from blue to red and the graphic meter is not displayed.
