Go to Assets and select any IT asset on the left panel.
On the displayed page, select the assets which need to be moved to a different state.
Under Actions, select Modify State.
On the displayed pop-up window, select a new state, enter comments, and click Save.
Alternately, you can go to the specific asset details page and edit the state.
