When New Relic is integrated with ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, the hosts monitored by New Relic are synced with ServiceDesk Plus Cloud in the CMDB module.
You can integrate New Relic with ServiceDesk Plus Cloud using APIs. For example, you can sync all hosts monitored by New Relic with ServiceDesk Plus Cloud using the New Relic API.

You can integrate New Relic and ServiceDesk Plus Cloud by creating scripts with the APIs of both applications and run them to import data from New Relic to ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, as required.
