Notifications

All notifications appear as popup notifications on the bottom-left corner. You can also access all your notifications from the notification pane. To open the notification pane, click Notifications  on the top-right. The notifications are displayed here, along with their date and time. The most recent notifications are displayed on the top, while the older notifications can be viewed by scrolling down.

You can click the popup notifications to view details of the entity associated with the notifications.

When there are unread notifications, a badge indicating the number of unread notifications will be featured with the notification icon

 

 

 

Unread notifications are displayed in bold font along with a blue-colored dot.

 

You can enable or disable popup notification using the Do not disturb toggle from the notification pane.

 

This prevents only the notification pop-ups appearing on the bottom-left corner. All notifications can still be accessed from the notification pane.

To view the summary of an entity associated with the notification, click the notification card. To go to the details page of the entity, hover over the notification card and click Open .
 


For request notifications, the summary of request details will be shown via a sliding pane instead of the regular pop-up.

 

 

 

You can navigate to the request details page by clicking Open  on the summary pop-up window or on the notification itself.

To delete a notification, hover over the notification card and click Delete .

To search for notifications, use the search bar on the notification pane.
